Andrew demonstrated he was cooperative and ready to work with all team members to solve all issues as they arose, while working pro-actively to identify problems before they arose. We had a couple of delays on our project , but Andrew worked diligently to bring the project back on schedule. Through his extensive network of contacts , we managed to get exposure to our project and valuable feedback.
