I invested in Spherical Images as a minority shareholder.  My priority was to work to improve the product offering and range, and also to win new business.  The firm did panoramic online tours, with a custom-developed player.  Clients including Madame Tussauds, the Royal Albert Hall, and also a variety of other work, such as displaying properties for sale.

The firm’s existing design of the flash player used for the tours was sub-par, and this was much improved as a result of my work to improve usability.  Extensive user testing was the key to this – as always.

We also explored various sales opportunities, such as the use of sales agents, and a diversification into website design.  This worked relatively well, and the firm won new business as a result.  However, Henry’s first love was always doing the photography, and it was his desire to concentrate on this.

I exited via an MBO, when Henry decided to concentrate on the photography side of the business.
